About 6 months ago Con Edison suspected a gas leak in my house and had to use "forced entry"to check the problem because no one was home.I spent a lot of time and money to repair the problem.I have since then sent time on the phone trying to get reimbursed.I've sent numerous times all the paper work and spoke to public relations and supervisors to no avail.The trail always goes "cold" .The last response that I got was "you'll get the check for I don't know how much and I don't know when".
This game has been going on for over 5 months.I am coming to you for help to resolve this problem once and for all so I can pay the contractors who worked on this problem.Thank you for taking time from your busy schedule to address my problem.
