Dear Mr. McCann-
Unfortunately Im reaching out to you because of the terrible experience that Ive had ordering flowers from your company.
Flowers were ordered on Friday March 3 and were to be delivered on Saturday March 4th. Although your customer service agent showed that the flowers were delivered when I called, they in fact were not. Im only lucky to have asked the recipient if they got the flowers or I never would have know that they didnt.
I talked to four different customer service agents in the Philippines who assured me the flowers would be delivered on Monday March 6th which again, never happened. I was also told that my paypal account would be credited for the original amount and I would be receiving a $20 gift certificate which also hasnt happened. When I requested to speak with someone in the United States, I was told that I would be put back into the system but they couldnt guarantee that I would be get someone from the US.
Im frustrated to say the least. And very disappointed!!
