Dear Mr . McMillon,
Tonight December 20,2017 at your Walmart Store in Steubenville Ohio we witnessed a middle aged angry female customer yelling using profanity at the self check out to your employee working at this area. This employees name is Maria. Maria is somebody that you definitely need to know how professional she is.
Maria was repeatedly screamed at in front of many customers. At times it was totally embarrassing for her as a customer verbally assaulted her. She NOT one time spoke out of line or even raised her voice.
You should be proud to know that you have an employee like her at your Steubenville Walmart! What a professional woman who endured such a traumatic moment during this busy holiday season.
I thought that you should know what a good job that she did. My husband even made a point to find the store manager tonight and let them know as well.
She deserves something special and to be recognized for her wonderful efforts.
