Dear Mr. McMillon,
My name is Salena Baumgartner and today, April 9, 2018, my Daughter shopped at your Highlands WalMart located near Wheeling West Virginia. Apparently you all have a new Self-CheckOut System and your Employees need to be a bit more Educated because they Kept Harassing her!!! She Scanned all of her merchandise and a young lady kept taking her bagged merchandise out of her cart while a male employee kept telling her she needed to take everything out of her cart because something triggered the alarm system. My Daughter is not a thief, but they made her feel like a complete Idiot and every item she had was scanned and on her receipt as well as Paid For!!! Your Employees complain about the way they are treated and how about the way they treat your customers??????? I believe you should Better Educate Your Employees on what Customer Service TRULY MEANS also, you should make SURE your STORES Computer Systems Work Correctly.
