Dear Mr. McMullen, I am having repeated customer service issues with the Kroger at Troy – W Rodney McMullen email address

Joe sent a message to Rodney McMullen – Chief Executive Officer of The Kroger Co. email address that said:

Dear Mr. McMullen,

I am having repeated customer service issues with the Kroger at Troy Ohio. Issues including being able to use coupons that should be accepted. Cashiers and Management NOT on the same page. Anyway, DM Lance Parsons had gotten involved in the resolution, and we thought it was corrected but it wasn't! Lance had informed me IF the issue happened again, to "contact him" and gave me a number. Long story short...it STILL is happening, and I left multiple messages for Mr. Parsons, to have them ignored. I finally sent him an email, and within minutes, he has restricted my number from even contacting him via phone.

Mr. McMullen, we spent over $1100 in Troy kroger in month of May alone. I'd like resolution, that's ALL!
