Ultra USB 3.0 64Gb memory stick. I am unable to use the memory stick as it will no longer insert into any USB socket. basically I am not able to use it. I
I purchased the USB stick from PC World a few months ago but cannot find the receipt, can you please help to arrange to get it replaced.
