Dear Mr Menear, I had gutters installed via the home depot store in N Patchogue, NY. They ran the gutters across windows that crank out leaving them "sealed shut and unable to open" I have been using the routes given to me to get this situation rectified to be met only with brush offs and red tape. I would appreciate your help Kim
