Dear Mr. Menear,

Ive been a customer for nearly 9 years. This year we (my sister) had a major bath remodel done, as well as, a home remodel due to water damage and we went through Home Depot store #2825 in Chaska, MN. After both experiences, I will NEVER recommend Home Depot to anyone nor will I ever shop in your establishment again. There were numerous mistakes which caused delays, lack of professionalism, no consideration for the customer and no accountability taken whatsoever from Home Depot. We are currently working with Morgan Hertzfeld to try and agree upon a fair compensation we feel we are owed. I will be filing a complaint online as well, but felt it was necessary to email you directly for the continued issues weve had with this store and management.
