David sent a message to James E. Meyer CEO, Sirius XM Radio Inc. – email address that said:
Dear Mr. Meyer
I have been a subscriber to Sirius XM Radio since 2009. was to be renewed on Nov. 5, 2016. My invoice no. x5-1100569191 was for a total $364.74 for two vehicles. I informed Sirius XM radio representative that it was to much for me to pay and that I wanted to have my account closed. I paid $ 13.00 because I was late about three days in paying.
On Dec.5, 2016, We received a phone call from Sirius XM , a sales lady by the name of Lucia Vargas called us offering a new contracting packing. Ms. Vargas stated that that for $ 118.00 we could have Sirius Radio reconnected to our 2013 Honda Pilot and for a total of $ 145.46 we could also have the Sirius Radio service our second car, a Honda Accord in addition to three other devices. We specifically, asked Ms. Vargas to go over the package so that there would no misunderstandings at a later date or problems at a later date. She assured us that the package included 2 cars plus three additional devices for a total of $ 145.46 for a year. We accepted the offer of the new package.
On Dec.10, 2016 we called Sirius XM Radio to have access to our Honda Accord, we were informed that that we would have to pay an additional $ 15.00 fee to have Sirius radio
