Dear Mr. Meyer;I am a SiriusXm customer and had XM satellite before the merger – James Meyer email address

Grover Stewart sent a message to James E. Meyer CEO, Sirius XM Radio Inc. email address that said:

Dear Mr. Meyer;
I am a SiriusXm customer and had XM satellite before the merger. I have two vehicles currently on SiriusXM radio. My wife and I enjoy the radio but I am seriously considering cancelling both vehicles due to what I think is the poorest of customer service. I recently received a billing notice for my wifes car that stated my card would me charged $157.08 on 16 March 18. I was actually charged $229.12. I called customer service and was told that the bill was automatically generated and did not include fees and taxes. I asked the CSR if she thought I was supposed to believe that there was $72.04 in taxes and fees. I told her that the bill I received already had the US Music Royalty fee included. I got no acceptable answer. It should not matter if the bill is computer generated, it should reflect the actual amount owed by the customer. There is no real alternative to SiriusXM if you want satellite radio. I believe this fact prompts your company to do as it pleases without respect to the customer. I would appreciate hearing from you with respect to this issue.

Thanks in advance, Grover Stewart
