Dear Mr. Miller,

I want to share some frustration and disappointment on Lennar. I bought my home about two and a half years ago when I moved to Bakersfield, CA due ton work reasons. While I was excited that the purchasing process went smooth and I was impressed with the service your team provided at the begging and through my first year of homeownership.

My dissapointment came when I started to notice the poor craftsmanship and low quality of some parts.

1. Faucet in the kitchen sink. A hose was replaced due to water leaking. Fixed the issue in the short term but the issue persist; I have to tighten the hose every so often and the bottom part of the cabinet is damaged due to water leaking.
2. Same faucet gets lose due to use; I have to tighten it every so often so that water does not leak.
3. Wash dishes has a leak; vendor considered that it was minor and not a big deal.

To make thing worse, due to the water hose leaking from the faucet, my wife also fell due to a slippery floor; she's pregnant.

These are on top of other details I have come to find in the house through time but since I'm out of warranty I'm not able to get fixed...

It's really frustrating that I can't use my house as a house, because if I wash dishes too much, then the faucet gets lose, leaks, and I have to fix. Or that the dishwasher leaks water so I'm stuck not using it how I should.

As far as I'm concerned, I took a mortgage out to buy the house, it was not given to me and you did not do me a favor. You got your money deposited in the bankle as agreed. Telling a customer that the warranty is expired and not the right thing to do, especially if the issue comes from poor labor and product quality.

I expect this items to get fixed, because I'm sure I'm not the only unhappy homeowner in the neighborhood about issues with their new home.

I hope this does not fall into deaf ears or blind eyes, and I get the help I need. I can provide you my phone number and address upon a reply.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

David
