Im writing in regards to my account, id number 0000550345. Im extremely disappointed and upset about the customer service and lack of help that was provided to me today. Your billing department apparently CANNOT seem to fix an error in your computers regarding my payments. I
have made two payments that seem to be in limbo and am getting late past due notices and robocalls that are very upsetting. I am current with ALL of my payments having already made Aprils payment on 3-14-2017 and that is 10 days before the 25th due date. Please contact me with the speediest reply.
