Dear Mr. Murdoch,
I was a partner at Credit Suisse First Boston in the late ‘80ies and early ‘90ies when we financed News Corporation. I am currently a UK resident, and have been watching Fox News daily for years and find it the only reliable source of relevant news. I am devastated that it has been taken off the air by SKY and cannot make myself watch CNN which is simply unbearable. I find it hard to believe that Fox News is not commercially viable, especially given the incremental cost of hosting it on SKY. I find it even harder to believe you would abandon your long-standing commitment to ensure the UK is informed willingly. I also find it counterintuitive that SKY would help CNN and MSNBC improve ratings by depriving the UK population of alternatives to these exceedingly biased and dishonest networks.
Please advise what is the real story here, whether the black-out is temporary or what can we can do to get fair balanced Fox News back on the air. I would very much appreciate your feedback and, please keep up the good work!
