edward sent a message to James J. Murren Chairman and CEO of MGM Resorts International Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Murren,
I am writing about a situation many years ago which due to circumstances beyond my control at the time, I was barred out of the Circus Circus hotel and Casino, which I later learned is indefinite. I believe this occurred somewhere around the Spring of 2002 or 3 perhaps. While I admit I was not the best guest on one particular evening, I was having a reaction to medication which I was prescribed at the time, and after a long day in the dry desert air (it was my first time in las Vegas) on a not so very good diet which the details I will spare you in this writing. I take responsibility though for the behavior and no persons were harmed in anyway other my man-handling by security. I've no incidents before or since this mishap.
I am appealing to you Sir, as I believe in second chances and I think you do to. I think a life long banning of my presence from any and all MGM Properties is excessive but we'll leave that to you if you have any interest in calling this matter to a close and a "time served" if you will of my punishment. I am a citizen in good standing and of good character and have learned a valuable lesson on medications, eating right, and reading the labels better before indulging in excess alcohol.
If I could speak to you on this matter, I'd be very happy to and hope this message finds you, your staff and family well.
Many thanks for your consideration Sir.
Edward
