Dear Mr Narayen
I have been attempting to down lad CS6 production Priemium for over 10 days with no success. I was assured that Adobe would get back within 2 days...this has again not transpired. I was able to down load CC in a matter of minutes on the same machine. However...I will not be upgrading to CC due to the lack of service connected with CS^...I Own numerous other creative Apps and must say that Adobe delivers the worst customer care I have ever experienced in any product I have ever owned as a consummer. CS^ is a wonderful suite and your company has abandoned an otherwise loyal customer base. I came over from FCP 7...it appears as though Ill be going Back. Best regard woodrow barstad
