Dear Mr. Narendran,
I am writing to you as I am extremely frustrated by the behaviour of your Share Transfer Agents , TSR Darashaw , who have been making us run from pillar to post, finding one reason after another not to give us our shares.
Are they all-powerful czars who just do what they like , or might, just might, there be someone at Tata Steel who is willing to talk to a harried shareholder directly and consider intervening when the appointed agents do not do a fair job ?
