Dear Mr.Nassetta
I have written you a Private and Confidential letter on 9/9/16 .After months of waiting for a response, I also emailed you. No response. I have also called Mail Room --they said it was not received. They finally located it in Texas--I have called Corporate offices more times than I can count. I received an email on 10/18 from William Jones who was going to get back to me...I have emailed him also many times .No response. Would you PLEASE read my letter.?
As loyal Hilton Members for 40 years, I expected some loyalty in return. I listened
to your speech online and this is the complete opposite of how you expect your customers to be
treated. I want someone to acknowledge this traumatic experience my family and I received at the Hilton Hotel CDG in Paris.
