Dear Mr. Nassetta,
I saw your generous offer to help cover expenses for your employees who are in the process of adopting children. While I am not an employee or adopting, I am going through a surrogacy. As you might know, the surrogacy process is extremely expensive. Further, while I live in Maryland, my surrogate lives in Oregon. This means that I will need to spend a couple of weeks in a hotel in Oregon. I will be traveling there at least 2 times; once to hear the first heartbeat, and again at the delivery. Since the delivery date is unpredictable, we will have to travel around a week before the due date. I am writing to see if Hilton has any programs to help offset the hotel expenses for individuals undergoing the surrogacy process. I am hoping you can help me and my husband.
