Dear Mr Nassetta,
I hope that you can assist me in securing a booking at the Hilton Hotel, Lady Young Road in Trinidad, W.I. I am a British citizen with dual nationality. Even though I am taking 3 family members (mother and 2 children) to Trinidad on a budget from London, UK, 6-28 July 2017, I am trying to book the Hilton for our stay as it is my mothers last visit home due to her age -she is close to 90 years of age. I have been in contact with a Mr Keiron Sookram by email, who has tried to accommodate my requests. However, this week I received a travel booking (confirmation no: #3334921201), stating travel had been booked 6-28 June! I asked Mr Sookram to amend the dates, but now have radio silence! Having completed payments for flights today, I am now concerned that the booking is incorrect and we have no place to stay. My mothers friends and relatives are deceased and I was brought up in London, therefore we have no one to stay with. I really do hope that this email gets to you directly and that you can help me and my family, without it adding to my budget, the price of which is at the local rate.
