Dear Mr. Nassetta,
My wife and I were forced to seek refuge at your Hampton Inn at the Sarasota Airport. We have stayed at your Concord and Waldorf properties. In fact we just returned from a holiday at one of your quote “5 Star” competitors. We were forced out of a shelter due to the hurricane and were desperate and very emotional.
Michael Ridgewll and the entire staff exceed a guests expectations. I can not praise the entire staff enough. The service and attention given to guests during this hurricane was on par of an 5 star property.
