Dear Mr. Nassetta,
I must let you know about an exceptional stay that we had at the Drake Chicago this past week. The GM, Ms. Kathryn Day went above and beyond to assure that we enjoyed our stay at the Drake Chicago. I did call her the day before stating that we wanted to make this trip very special for our Pastor since it was his Birthday and Anniversary. She was so kind and to our surprise upgraded his room so we could have a celebration. When we arrived back to the room after having Dinner she had sent a chocolate cake to the room for all to enjoy! We asked if she could attend our gathering and she took the time to come visit us and wish our Pastor a Happy Birthday and Anniversary. She made a HUGE positive impression on all of us and she made it so warm and personal that we could never think of staying anywhere else but the Drake Chicago. I've already posted a top rating on Trip Advisor and lastly I will send her a personal note...I would shout from a mountain top:) we were knocked out by her hospitality as well as her staff.
