Dear Mr. Natella,
Hello there. My name is Joshua. My birthday is coming up and I want a new Xbox. However, I have five siblings, two of them in college, and two of their birthdays are right before mine, as well as the fact that my dad has been hard pressed with his new business (he sells insurance). So I wasn't surprised when I asked my parents for the Xbox and they said it was out of the question. I know that you are a very busy person, after all you are the CEO of Microsoft, and I know this is a very very unusual thing to do, but if you could give me a Xbox for my birthday, I'd be so happy. It doesn't have to be the Xbox One S, and it doesn't have to be brand new either. Again, I know you're really busy, and I know this is an unusual request, but I'd be really thankful to you for doing this. My birthday is October 8th, and I'll be turning 14. If in the case that you do decide to do this great kindness for me, I don't know if you'll need it,
