I would like to bring to your attention the outstanding experience we had at your Nordstrom Store at the South Shore Plaza in Massachusetts.
On October 15, 2016, my husband and I took my daughter shopping for career clothing. We had been shopping, but had not found what we were looking for until we met Jillian, an extraordinary salesperson with outstanding customer service and fashion experience. She immediately understood what my daughter was looking for and in a matter of minutes had the dressing room filled with outstanding options. Jillian was attentive and knowledgable. She is a superb member of the Nordstrom team! When we return to Nordstrom, we will request Jillian's expertise.
The positive experience and clothing chosen led to feeling confident in the interviews and eventually the successful placement of volunteer positions for my daughter.
