Dear Mr. Nordstrom,
Last saturday I returned a Clarisonic Pro( in a Nordstrom) box that wasn't working properly to your Garden State Plaza store. The sales associate called the manager and she approved the exchange. As the transaction proceeded I was informed that there was a hundred dollar difference in price. We called the manager again and she wouldn't override the difference. Since I use this product twice a day, I agreed to the transaction while sharing my displeasure regarding the situation. After leaving the store I called the General Manager and was referred to customer service. I reiterated my story the person (Adriana?) took my email and promised to look into it. I haven't heard a word. I shop at you store because of your excellent customer service this is the first time I am dissatisfied. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter.
