Ann sent a message to Peter E. Nordstrom – President and CEO of Nordstrom Inc. – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Nordstrom,
On December 4, I ordered numerous items on your Haute website as well as your Nordstrom's site. As of today the order has not arrived have I been able to receive any documentation to it's whereabouts. Five emails have been spent. I received one response asking for an order number even though they were given my address and phone number they could not look up the order. Not receiving these items is not the worst thing to happen in my life. They were gifts for my sister who is my hero. And deserves much more than items of clothing. However this is what she had asked for and her time is spent as a teacher and taking care of my mother who is chronically ill as well as two children who have chronic illnesses. She does this with a smile and no complaints. But does not take time out to go shopping for herself. I was sad that this year I was unable to fulfill her Christmas list. And the fact that no one could even respond I thought was bad customer service. Especially when I have sent many request. Could you please cancel the order and reimburse my Amex card. And in the future I will look elsewhere to do my business with.
