Mick sent a message to Michael O'Leary CEO, Ryanair that said:
Dear Mr O 'Leary
I have written 3 letters to your customer services twice before to you, with no reply. I see in the
Mail your company stopped people boarding a flight from Glasgow with achohol . For saftey reasons. I wrote to you and your customer service's on the same subject, a person drunk on drink supplied to him by your crew. We have not received an acknolegdement of this. All we ask is some kind of reconicion to this matter.
