Mick sent a message to Michael O'Leary CEO, Ryanair that said:
Dear Mr O' Leary, I wrote to you about 3 weeks ago, asking you why we have not had a reply to the 3 e-mails I have sent to your customer services. We are only asking for a reply to our e-mails, we are not looking for compensation in any way. Please could somebody reply to us.
