Chris Glass sent a message to Michael OLeary - CEO, Ryanair - Email Address that said:

Dear Mr O `Leary
Generally i must congratulate you on the service that your company now provides in giving the consumer a low cost no frills flight and if the customer does not adhere to your rules that is their fault as you make them patently if not painfully obvious !
My wife and i have been using your services 3-5 times per year for the last for years from Stanstead and this is due to rise in the future .
In the earlier years because your customer relations were so lousy in general we paid for our tickets did as we were told and did not put another brass farthing in your pocket ,but as time went on and your attitude improved we started spending a little more on the plane and indeed we now spend both ways on a drink or beverages etc which i am sure will impress you no end !
However you have just shot yourself in the foot with your cunning notion of splitting people up if the don`t pay another £6 each because now i will go back to my old ways and not buy anything on your airplanes and i will sit apart from my wife which gives me a load of grief which will no doubt amuse you as i would think you are an awkward sod like me !
I have been a business owner for nearly 40 years and i spent £850,000 in Ireland last year and admire the Irish business acumen but i think you are making a mistake on this one it is a blatant rip off that plays on some peoples emotions and believe me they have other options now from Stanstead ,Luton. and Southend !
Yours faithfully
Chris Glass
