Derek Furnival sent a message to Michael OLeary CEO, Ryanair Email Address that said:

Dear Mr OLeary

Just when we thought you were facing into your inconsistent levels of customer service, You have again proven that you are incapable of creating a culture of putting your customers first.

Not only does your customer service department not respond to your customers, they also lie about the reasons for flight delays.

We have emailed your customer service department on the last two attempts 24/10/17 and again on 23/11/17. Regarding our delayed flights on 02/09/17 and have still had no response.

This is our last attempt to give you the opportunity to respond appropriately to a customer complaint. Before we take this matter further with the aviation authorities and to become an active and vocal detractor for life and boycott your airline for ever.

We sincerely hope we do receive a response on this occasion.
