Mr Proto sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr O'Leary
Can you help my family have flown many times with your airline but am stranded on a two week holiday in kefalonia with no car after pre paying in excess of £400 through Ryanair for not having a credit card at the other end. This was meant to be time with my family stress free after coming through illness last year can't even say the word that begins with C . If you cant will stress that the small print on terms and conditions is not in bold and living in England debit cards usually do the job.
