Bob sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr O'Leary,
Could you help me please. I am trying to find out the destination that our Ryanair plane went to after we landed at Stanstead 17:35hrs Friday 9/9/16 (FR702 from Kerry/Ireland). Thing is I left a bag on the plane (with some expensive items in it) when we landed so I need to know where it went next so I can contact that airports lost baggage department.
I have contacted Firstflight and Ryanair Online Chat but they simply state 'we don't have that information'.
