Helen sent a message to Michael OâLeary CEO, Ryanair that said:
Dear Mr O'Leary, I am appealing to you at this time of goodwill to all men - just how do I obtain from Ryanair what my son and his young friends are rightly due? His flight from Palma de Mallorca on 25/08/15 - was delayed by over 5 hours - the Spanish Civil Aviation (AESA) decided compensation was due and notified you accordingly. Despite this nothing has been forthcoming. I sincerely hope that by contacting you at Christmas you will find some cheer and settle this outstanding matter.
