Michael sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:

Dear Mr O'Leary,

I am sorry to bother you but as a customer of Ryanair for many years, using your services 3/4 times a year, I am very disappointed that I sent a letter to Fiona Kearns, Director of Customer Services on 31st March by recorded delivery and had to be signed for.

Todate she has not had the courtesy of ackowledging my letter nor actioning my complaint.

Not a good example of Customer service particularly as she is the Director responsible.

Can you help me please.
