After various complaints without concrete answer, I resend you the bank document (attached) master card attesting the withdrawal of Ryanair € 61.90 compaggnie.
Really sorry to bother you for a modest sum but also for a company such as yours, I find it a shame to be forced to go to a CEO for a problem more than trivial.
