Leana sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Dear, Mr. OLeary.
I have been a faithful and frequent flyer with Ryanair. I work in Norway, but I live in the UK. Ryanair has provided me affordable and flexible flight times to enable this life for three years now. I more or less travel with you twice a week, and am therefore a loyal customer.
However, as a result of Rygge closing and all flights to the UK being moved from Rygge to Torp, this has affected the time of the flights in a negative manner. Your Friday flights from Torp to Manchester are too early. Most people have work Fridays, and are unable to fly at 10:50 in the morning. Is there any chance you could move the flight times to later in the day? Afternoon around 4 pm would be ideal.
I know this is a long shot contacting you. Let alone contacting Ryanair and request flight time changes for the sake of one person. But I have to try, as it affects very many of my fellow flyers as well. I depend on you and Ryanair to live my lifestyle. I plead you to change the flight times.
With best regards,
Leana
