Mairi sent a message to Michael O'Leary CEO, Ryanair that said:
Dear Mr O'Leary
I have complained to you customer services about your treatment of my disabled mother on flights to Italy in September. They said they had passed this onto you but so far I have heard nothing and it has been over the 26 days your company said it would take.
Could you please find my complaint and answer it please?
