Dear Mr O’Leary, I’m sorry to be escalating this issue to a CEO level but – Michael OLeary email address

Arti sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:

Dear Mr O'Leary,
I'm sorry to be escalating this issue to a CEO level but I have been waiting over 2 months for Ryanair to respond to my complaint and I have heard nothing back despite chasing.

I feel I have a valid complaint and I thought that feedback would have been welcomed, especially based on how my partner and I were treated by Ryanair staff on our flight from Faro.

I was disgusted with the behaviour of staff representing you and was told by them that 'Ryanair is my boss- talk to him if you have a problem'.

Due to not being able to get through anywhere else, I send this email in the hope that you will respond or acknowledge what we have been through. I would like to explain more if I could.

I await your reply.
Kind regards,
Arti
