Robert sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. O'Leary,
Just completed a 60th. birthday visit in the UK (my wifes' sister) from Eindhoven to Manchester and back. We live in Germany and it took 2 1/2 hours of driving to Eindhoven, but it was absolutely worth it.
Thank you for two wonderful flights, both in time, and the attendance of a very friendly crew, and excellent fares as well !
Hope to make this tour soon again.
With kind regards, Robert and Harriet
