Joanne sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:

Dear Mr O'Leary

On 23 September I was elated was delayed, I phoned customer services only to be told I was receiving £39 and I had he phone put Down on me.

According to EU Regulations the compensation for flights delayed ove 3 hours and less than 1500 miles should be 250 euros or sterling equivalent myuestion to your employees was why am I getting £39 I purchased 2 tickets to Dublin from Manchester to fly out on 23 September for my birthday.

I also did a web chat with Ferenc.z who initially said he didn't know how much I would get back I told him 39 he didn't seem to know about the EU Regulations and what I would receive.

All I want is confirmation about what I am getting and when you have had all my details since 6 October.
