Hola

Please see my previous messages to which I received no response. I then phoned your office at 15:12 hours on Monday 13 June 2016 on the number provided by Mauricio. A search was made and the person I spoke with said that they had my Kindle in their secure area. I said I would collect on my return trip on 22 June 2016 and was told that the office would be open before my 07:00 hours flight FR5943 to Bournemouth.

When I got to your office, the lady could not find my Kindle, she looked in the safe but said it was not there. I explained that I had phoned and was told it was in the secure area, all she advised was to leave my phone number which I did.

I am very concerned that valuables should go missing from your safe. I do not understand how one member of staff can tell me they have the Kindle and another tells me you dont.

I am also most disappointed that nobody bothered to answer my emails and I would like to know what action has taken place to locate my Kindle or to find out what happened to it and that your customer service will improve in future.

I'm looking to you for a replacement Kindle as it was confirmed to me that you did in fact have possession of my lost property but then it disappeared.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards

Lynn
