Margrit sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. O'Leary,
I was forced to pay an extra £90, for a problem in your system. Pay or you dont fly, I was told.

On your system we had a Spanish nationality, we are Dutch. Your staff struggled to get our boarding card and had to get help from the office upstairs.
I was told to complain, when I get back. I send a letter recorded delivery, no response, I called three times, your staff hung up on me each time. I send an email. It came back with a wrong answer. I replied and again no answer.
This is very disturbing. Your staff is rude and not at all helpful.
I should not be responsible for a problem in your system.
