I am writing on behalf of a new budget airliner incorporated in Iraq. The airline is backed by a very high profile and successful business family in Iraq. The backer is looking to expand his business interest into the airlines.
We are seeking a reputable airline of your stature as operator and 50% partner for this new venture.
Our entity will be responsible for all the legal and professional arrangements required in Iraq including, but not limited to an Iraqi AOC. You will be operating under your own AOC.
All other terms would be on a 50/50 ownership including the acquisition of aircraft required for the operations.
