Mike sent a message to Michael OLeary - CEO, Ryanair - Email Address that said:
Dear mr OLeary
Im writing to you to ask for your consideration to a claim my wife and have submitted for a refund to flight we have booked to Murcia for September 20-27 2017.
However due to an illness of a serious nature of myself we have to cancel our flight we have sent off to Ryanair customer services a claim together with written confirmation from the Hospital I am attending .
Which they have rejected was returned to us in a matter two days of writing to them.
Its not just about the money paid up front
If its god will that survive this illness than you hold in your bank for to go back to Murcia early next year.
