Dear Mr. O'Leary,or to whom it may concern,
Once again I am sending these documents regarding the serious health issues my daughter, Erin Kendall Cover, faced that caused her to have to cancel her flight on Ryanair Friday, November 20, 2015. I can send you additional documents from the Poditrist and Infectious Disease Doctors, her MRI results that show she had Osteomyelitis, her records from the infusion clinic in Orlando where she needed a PICC line for 6 weeks of intravenous heavy antibiotics to treat the Staphylococcus infection. We had to pay over $25,000 out of pocket to cover her medical bills and the least Ryanair could do was refund my daughter for this flight. She is a college student who studied abroad in London and was really looking forward to this trip to Italy.
