Liz sent a message to George Paz – Chairman Chief Executive Officer of Express Scripts Holding email address that said:
Dear Mr Paz;
I am sending you this email because your customer representatives are giving me a run around regarding my mom's account. I have asked for Express Scripts to close out her acct since she is no longer living at home. Back in April my mom and I were on the phone with a representative stating I have power of attorney to make decisions for my mo and I cancelled 6 of her refills at that time. I asked for a letter of confirmation regarding our conversation and received nothing . Today I wasted almost an hour and a half with representatives who will not tell me what refill they are trying to send my mom. It is no longer a good fit for my mom since she is in an assisted living facility and they can get her medication easier. Please help me rectify this problem.
Apparently the customer representative I dealt with in April did not follow through with everything .
