Dear Mr Penske, I am an Australian truckdriver and have set up the TRUCKRIGHT Industry Vehicle (TIV). It is a working truck that promotes the road transport industry and road safety and I have now completed one million kilometres in it. It is owned by Rod Pilon Transport and I am seeking the next TIV and looking for someone passionate about trucks to support it, so I may achieve more than doing so while working full time on the road.
With your association with Western Star, Detroit and MAN trucks, I would ask would you be interested in such a proposal. I have also just been awarded a Churchill Fellowship to study trucks and road safety overseas and plan to visit the USA in September.
