Dear mr. Penske I am writing to make you aware of the horrible experience I have had with your Audi dealership. I leased an Audi q5 last august 2015. The brakes squealed for over a year. Finally in July they replaced the brakes. Then my steering light went on. I made an appointment to take the car in for service and on the way a red light cautioned me not to drive. Needless to say, I was stranded on the side of the rode for an hour. I want to get out of the car. It is a lemon. I have been dealing with Kevin the sales manager, even tried to get into a BMW . No luck. I am disheartened by what I thought to be an upgraded vehicle. It is only a year,old and I have had nothing but issues with the car. I'd expect this from a car of lesser value.
