Dear Mr. Penske, I have had the pleasure of working for the Leaseway/Penkse Logistics organization for 30 years. On Jan. 9th 2009 I was advised I was being severanced from the organization and given 5 minutes to package my personal items and leave the property. This was a political decision as Delphi was reimbursing Penske 113% of my wages and benefits. During my time at Penske, ( not complaining )
I grew the business from 26 employee to 406 focused associates ( at time of my severance )
My personal contacts led to vertical growth within Penske. Delphi Packard ( Laredo / El Paso )
Always exceeded pre-tax / safety expectations.
I was honored as the Western Regional Manager of the year. ( this was something special )
Mr. Penske, if at all possible could you have someone take a look at bringing me back on-board with the organization.
Yes, I am getting older, but in excellent health, NEVER lost my drive, and know I would once again be an asset for the organization.
