Dear Mr Penske, I purchased a 2012 Volvo Tractor from Penske Trucks sales on Aug 9,2016, But I still do not have the truck. The Truck broke down 3 times during delivery. When I purchased the truck The sales men (Eric) told me that Penske truck are not sitting around they are working. He said they bring them in clean them up and they are ready to go.
I am writing you because I asked for some help because of all the delays. I have already made two truck payments for a truck I don't have. Your after sales team offered me $500. I said that's not fair, I asked for the two months payments. ( I explained I have lost two months revenue over $20,000) I just wanted help with the truck payments. After a few day more they offered one truck payment. I told them that not fair. I asked what will happen when I get this truck and it breaks down again and she (Rebecca Ross) assured me it won't, but if it does they will cover it for 15 days after I get it. I asked her about what Eric the sales men told me there is a 90 day warrantee on 2012's, she said I misunderstood. by then I was so angry I told her I will sue, but I really don't want to. I just want whats fair. I told her this whole thing has been a nightmare. Please, Sir I ask you help me. Thank you Ray
