Dear Mr Penske, my name is Sherri Pickford and I have a 17 year old daughter named Allison. She is currently in an early college program through her high school. A very busy young lady,she works with autistic children before and after school. Unfortunately, she was involved in a car accident with one of your truck drivers, on 12 mile and Mound. Thank goodness no one was hurt. It was the truck drivers fault and he did receive a ticket. My problem is that we have 2 kids working their way through college,my husband is retired ,and we do not have collision on the kids cars. I do not have estimates yet on the damage,and I know by law you are only obligated to pay 1000.00. My daughter got pushed by your driver into the car ahead of her,so both ends of her car are damaged. I am writing to ask you if there is any way you could help us out with the damage on her 2008 Ford Escape. I have talked to someone in one of your offices,and she said in a couple days someone will contact me. I understand that you must be a very busy man and I would so much appreciate a response.
